The date should be printed on the carton/can, I believe it is 7 days.

You can keep it refrigerated for 2-3 days, but it also freezes very well for several months. One trick is to freeze stock/broth in ice cube trays, then pop out into freezer bags and store in freezer. This way you can use in smaller quantities after freezing.
