Question: Does anyone have a copycat recipe for bourbon chicken that tastes like the dish from mall food courts...my kids love it and I cant seem to get the taste quite right with the recipes I have tried, any suggestions?

I haven't tested this recipe as of yet, but I bookmarked it a long time ago to try. I think that using the chicken thighs as opposed to white meat is important, but I might recommend broiling the chicken to allow it to form a true glaze around the meat like it tastes at the food court.
