I have a bunch of tortillas (small corn tortillas) that I'd like to use...know any good recipes? Oh, I don't have any cream cheese, sour cream, or the like, so tortilla roll-up recipes are out.
Make enchiladas- any veggie or meat filling will do.
Use them in a tortilla soup- they'll be blended into your "soup base" to thicken the mixture or fried into strips- they can top a soup or salad. You can fry or bake to crisp and toss them on top of a burger or scrambled eggs for taste and crunch.
Flautas! Season shredded or chopped cooked chicken with salsa verde, onion, jalapeno, cumin. Roll the filling and tortilla 'flute' shape, secure with tongs and fry in 1/2 inch oil until tortilla crisps and holds its shape. Drain on paper towels. Dust with chili powder.

You can do a few things.
Slice them into triangles and fry them for homemade chips.
