Hirikesh, it depends on the kind of rice you are cooking...
For long-grain rice, place 2 cups of water for each cup of rice, 1 Tbsp of Olive oil or ghee, and a pinch of slat or seasonings you prefer. Then, close and lock your pressure cooker and set it to high pressure. As soon as it reaches pressure count one minute cooking time and open your pressure cooker with the natrual method -- turn off the heat, move the pressure cooker to a different burner on the stove and don't do anything, just wait for the pressure to come down naturally (about 10 minutes).
When the pressure cooker is finished, you will have perfectly steamed long-grain rice!
For short grain rice, increase the cooking time to 3 minutes and adjust the water ratio according to cooking instructions.
