Question: Where To Buy Aspic Jelly

Not the same but similar, both are made from boiled animal bones but aspic has added salt. I have no idea where to buy aspic jelly or aspic powder I'm trying to solve this problem myself, powder used to be readily available but I'm coming to the conclusion that we'll have to make it ourselves. Yes jelly babies are indeed made with jelly, sugar glucose gelatin & food colour then they're deposited into 'starch moulds' trays of cornflour with indentations then they're sieved and packaged, that's why they look a bit powdery, fruit gums and wine gums are made the same way but they get cleaned up before packing. Jelly fish? I have no idea but as fish jelly is made from boiled fish bones it seems unlikely as they don't have any. Maybe you should ask an expert. Sorry, not a lot of help really.
