Question: Where Is Ilocos Norte and What Are Their Delicacies?

Ilocos Norte is located in northern edge of Philippines? western Luzon. They have good empanada and miki that is a thick chicken noodle soup. Made from sticky rice, suman, dudun, palitaw, bibingkang malagkit also are their delicacies.
