It depends whether your container is heavy duty foil or plastic. You can reheat it in the microwave if it is plastic, just cover loosely with a paper towel or plastic wrap. Otherwise, you can reheat it in the oven for about 20 minutes at 325 or so.
Once you cook something it is sterilized. Since you have not opened it no spores have been able to get in and it should be just fine. Once you open it danger of contamination begins, but it takes a while. Everytime you heat it to a certain temperature it sterilizes it again.
