Ingredients
1 loaf French bread
1 can mushrooms, sliced
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
15 ounces tomato sauce
1 pkt mozzarella cheese slices
Preparation

Remove center of bread to make a boat shape.

Brown ground beef and drain off liquid; add sauce, mushrooms and onion. Simmer 2-3 minutes.

Pour into bread and top with slices of cheese.

Heat on baking sheet at 350F for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Slice to serve.
