This is the standard Filipino breakfast. If you are in the mood, you might want to pop it up even more than the garlic it already has with a dash of hot sauce.

Heat
the oil in a
wok
or
skillet
until it begins to
smoke
.

Add the rice and
stir fry
with the garlic until the garlic has
browned
and the rice grains are
heated
through and glistening.
