Corn Pudding

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
2 eggs, beaten
1 (18 oz) can corn
1 (18 oz) can cream-style corn
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1 (8 ½ oz) box cornbread mix

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine butter, eggs, cans of corn and sour cream.

Add the cornbread mix and stir well. pour into a long shallow baking dish.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
