Pineapple Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients

4 breasts of chicken
1 sm. can pineapple juice
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped

Preparation

After washing chicken parts, season with a dash of garlic salt and lemon pepper, lay parts in a pan, 8"x10". Pour soup over chicken with 1/2 can of water, pour pineapple juice over. Add the onions and peppers, cover and cook on 425 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with rice.
