Low Fat Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients

3 cups cooked spaghetti
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup egg beaters
2 cups homemade or commercial spaghetti sauce
1 pound ground turkey, cooked and drained (optional)
1 bell pepper/chopped
1 onion/chopped
2 cups mushrooms/chopped

Preparation

Combine spaghetti, oil, Parmesan and eggs. Press into 10 inch pie plate to make a crust. Top crust with cottage cheese. Sweat onions/bell peppers/mushrooms and add to sauce. Cook turkey and add to sauce. Put sauce over cottage cheese. Cook for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover with shredded cheese and cook for another 5 minutes.
