oz. jar sliced mushrooms |

slices white bread with crusts removed |

c. grated cheddar cheese |

c. milk |

lg. eggs, beaten |

tsp. dry mustard |

can mushroom soup |
¼ |
tsp. grated onion |

tsp. Worcestershire sauce |
Parsley for garnish |

Step 1 |
Brown and drain sausage. |
Step 2 |
Drain mushrooms, cube bread. In large bow, combine milk, eggs, mustard, onion, grated cheese, soup and Worcestershire sauce. |
Step 3 |
Add sausage and mushrooms. |
Step 4 |
Generously butter 9 x 13 x 2 inch casserole. |
Step 5 |
Pour mixture, cover and refrigerate overnight. |
Step 6 |
Bake, uncovered, at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
