lb. pork sausage

2 ½

oz. jar sliced mushrooms

slices white bread with crusts removed

c. grated cheddar cheese

2 ½

c. milk

lg. eggs, beaten

¼

tsp. dry mustard

1

can mushroom soup

¼

tsp. grated onion

1

tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Parsley for garnish

Step 1

Brown and drain sausage.

Step 2

Drain mushrooms, cube bread. In large bow, combine milk, eggs, mustard, onion, grated cheese, soup and Worcestershire sauce.

Step 3

Add sausage and mushrooms.

Step 4

Generously butter 9 x 13 x 2 inch casserole.

Step 5

Pour mixture, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 6

Bake, uncovered, at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
