Ingredients

2 inches can (6.5 oz) tuna water, drained

1 pkt (8 oz) cream cheese, at room temperature

2 tablespoons Minced onion

2 tablespoons Chopped parsley

1 1/2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning

1 1/2 tablespoons Ketchup

1/2 tablespoon Prepared horseradish

Drain tuna. Mix together remaining ingredients. Add tuna and beat unitl well blended. Pack into 4 cup mold or small bowl; chill thoroughly. To serve, unmold onto a plate, garnish with parsley and/or olives and serve with crackers.
