medium Carrots -- cubed |

tablespoon Paprika |

tablespoons Olive Oil |

Step 1 |
Put onions, celery, carrots and olive oil in a large, heavy saucepan, and cook for 7 to 8 minutes. |

Add potatoes and paprika. Simmer 4 to 6 minutes, until soup thickens. |
