Ingredients

1 medium Banana, mashed
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
4 cups Powdered Sugar
3 tablespoons Butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 teaspoons Water

Preparation

In bowl mash banana with lemon juice, cream in butter. Add vanilla. Beat in 3 cups of powdered sugar, adding a little water if seems to thick or add more powdered sugar if seems to thin.
