Barbecue Short Ribs

Ingredients

3 pounds Short ribs
1 lrg Chopped onion
1/4 cup Vinegar
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Water
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

Preparation

In pan on stove put 2 T of oil, 1 chopped onion and ribs - brown. Transfer ribs and onions to oven proof pan. Mix remaining ingred. and add to pan.

Cover and cook for 2 hrs. at 300. Add water if necessary
