Carrots, cut into batons |

Red onion, sliced |

Garlic clove, crushed |

grams Runner beans, thinly sliced |

tablespoons Honey |

tablespoons Soy sauce |

Step 1 |
1 Heat the olive oil in a wok. Add the carrots, onions and garlic and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. |
Step 2 |
2 Add the beans, honey and soy sauce and continue to cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Great served with rice! |
