tablespoon Olive oil

Carrots, cut into batons

Red onion, sliced

1

Garlic clove, crushed

75

grams Runner beans, thinly sliced

tablespoons Honey

2

tablespoons Soy sauce

Step 1

1 Heat the olive oil in a wok. Add the carrots, onions and garlic and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

Step 2

2 Add the beans, honey and soy sauce and continue to cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Great served with rice!
