Homemade Frozen Yoghurt

Preparation

1
To make greek yoghurt, pour a tub of regular yoghurt onto a cheese cloth, roll in into a ball, and hang it above a tall container for about 6 hours, in the fridge.
2
Once done, mix in the sweetener and extract. Transfer in to a ziploc bag and seal tight. Put the bag in another ziploc bag and seal tight. Very tight.
3
Meanwhile fill a big saucepan or stockpot with ice. Generously pour some rock salt over`(about a cup) and embed your bag of bagged yoghurt well in between all the salted ice. Cover. Shake the pot about to knead the yoghurt in the ice, off and on for about 15 mins. Let it sit a further 15-20 mins.
4
Voila, you have your frozen yoghurt.
