Flourless Chocolate Sponge Cake

Ingredients

120 grams soft butter
100 grams egg yolks
500 grams egg whites
170 grams sugar

Preparation

Pre-heat Oven to 215 degrees celsius

Mix choc, butter, yolks.

Make meringue from whites and sugar.

Fold meringue into choc mix. Spread on lined tray and bake

Bake for 5 mins

Cool on a wire rack
