Save Tamatar

Ingredients

250 grams Bhujiya (fine namkeen)
2 smalls onions fine cut
3 cups milk
2 teaspoons red chili powder
2 teaspoons coriander (dhaniya) powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric (haldi) powder
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon cumin

Preparation

Take oil in a frying pan

Add cumin into it

Whe cumin become brown,add cutted onion into it

After browning the onion add all spices & garlic paste with milk

Fry it with moving it till milk become half

Now add namkeen & sliced tomatoes into it

You can add tomatoes with spices also)

If gravy will short for whole namkeen than you can add some water also

Fry it for 2 min.

this is the my best of one recipy
however it looks like an ordinary recipy but its test yyyyyyyymmmmmmmiiiiiiiiiii.
