Best Pizza Crust
(Half whole wheat, optional.)
Mix yeast and sugar in a small bowl. Add about half of the lukewarm milk. Mix well and beat in 1/2 cup of he flour until smooth. Cover bowl and set aside in a warm place 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbly. Beat in remaining milk and remaining flour with salt stirred in. Cover bowl and let rise while preparing toppings. Oil pan with olive oil, sprinkle with a little cornstarch, top and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
