Shrimp, Zucchini and Snow Pea Stir Fry
1 teaspoon Olive Oil Infused Garlic
1 Tablespoon Shallots, Diced Small
1 cup Zucchini, Sliced
1 cup Snow Peas
4 whole Wild Blue Shrimp, Uncooked, Peeled , Devained, Cut Into Bite Size Pieces
1 dash Ground Pepper
In a wok or skillet, add olive oil and shallot, cook until tender about 2 -3 minutes. Add snow peas and zucchini, cook for about another 3 minutes and then add your shrimp and a dash of pepper. Cook until shrimp is no longer pink about 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Serves 1 or two as a side dish
