Cream Of Anything Soup Base
2 2/3 cups dry milk powder
1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup butter
In medium mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients
Cut in butter with a pastry cutter or two forks, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
Combine 1/2 cup mix with 1 cup water and heat over medium heat, stirring often, until thick and bubbly.
