cups cocoa |
3 |
cups sugar |
½ |
teaspoon salt |
1 ½ |
cups milk |
¼ |
cup butter |
1 |
teaspoon vanilla |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Mix cocoa, sugar, salt, and milk to boil on high. Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil. The mixture will rise high in pan then stabilize. To test drop a small amount in glass of cold water, if ball forms, take off stove add vanilla and butter. Let stand to cool, mix until thickens put in buttered pan and cool. |
