Pan Fryed Gray Mullet

Ingredients

gray mullet (Mugil sp.) cutlets (as many as you wish)
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Season the fish with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat the oil to about 370 oF (about 180 oC).

Fry the fish untill golden.

Enjoy the real fish flavor.

We prepared this right on the beach with freshly caught gray mullets. Fresher and tastier impossible.
