Strawberry Gelato

Ingredients

4 cups strawberries
1 cup water
tablespoon gelatine powder
2 tablespoons hot water

Preparation

Puree strawberries.

Dissolve gelatine in hot water.

Add all other ingredients and blend or beat until well combined.

Pour into ice-cream trays and freeze for 2 hours. Remove from freezer, blend until smooth and re-freeze.

Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving.
