Ssamjang is a thick and spicy Korean fermented bean and chili sauce. It is often used in leaf wrapped foods. It is also readily available in Korean markets.

cup of kochujang
1/2 cup of dwenjang
1 tablespoon minced red pepper
3 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon of sesame
1 tablespoon of rice wine
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
