pound Pacific Cod |

cups Panko bread crumbs |
⅓ |
envelope Amazing Taste Malibu seasoning |
Juice of one lemon |

Zest of one lemon |

Step 1 |
Heat an oven-proof skillet and spray with cooking spray, such as olive oil spray |
Step 2 |
Sear one side of the fillets until slightly brown (about 2 minutes) |

Zest the lemon and set aside |

Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the fillets and top with the panko mixture |

Finish under the broiler for 5-8 minutes, watching carefully |
