Panko-Crusted Cod

Ingredients

1 pound Pacific Cod
envelope Amazing Taste Malibu seasoning

Preparation

Heat an oven-proof skillet and spray with cooking spray, such as olive oil spray

Sear one side of the fillets until slightly brown (about 2 minutes)

Flip fillets and remove from heat

Zest the lemon and set aside
5
Mix the Amazing Taste seasoning with the panko
6
Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the fillets and top with the panko mixture
7
Sprinkle the zest over the top
8
Finish under the broiler for 5-8 minutes, watching carefully
