- 1 cup popcorn kernels, preferably white popcorn
- oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt (the finer the better)
- 2 pinches fennel pollen
Instructions

Step 1
Heat the oil in the bottom of a large pot (enough to cover the bottom).

Add the popcorn kernels, close the lid, and turn the heat up to high.

Step 3
Turn the heat off when the popping slows down.

Step 4
Empty the popcorn into a large bowl.

Add the butter into the hot pot to melt.

Pour the melted butter over the popcorn.

Season to taste with salt and pollen.
