Ingredients

2 pounds stew meat

4 mediums potatoes diced

3 carrots sliced

1/2 lrg onion chopped

3 stalk celery sliced

1 ounce can tomatoes - 28

1/2 cup quick cooking tapioca

2 bay leaves

Preparation

Put all ingredients in crock pot. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours or High 5 to 6 hours.
