Ingredients

ounce can (10-¾ ) condensed cream of mushroom soup |

cups sour cream |

ounces pkg. frozen O’Brien Potatoes, thawed |

ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese |

cups cheese crackers, crushed |

tablespoons butter, melted |
Preparation

Add in the potatoes and cheddar cheese. |

Combine cracker crumbs, parmesan cheese and butter, sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. |
