Step 1 |
Preheat the oven to 220c/425f/Gas 7. |
Step 2 |
1 Heat the olive oil in a small ovenproof frying pan. Sear the tomatoes for a minute and season generously with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. |
Step 3 |
2 Transfer to the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes until softened and piping hot. In the meantime, make the toast under the grill or in a toaster. Serve the vine tomatoes and toast together on a plate for people to help themselves. |
