pound organic ground turkey |

cup Oats |
⅓ |
cup Egg Whites |
1 |
cup Vidalia onion, finely chopped |
1 |
teaspoon Chili Powder |
⅓ |
cup Bran Crumbs (crumbs from crackers, pretzels, etc.) |

Salt/Pepper to taste |

Whole Weat buns, toasted |
|
Kale, Collard Greens, for topping |
1 |
Fresh tomato, sliced for topping |

Condiments of choice: Organic Mustard, Vegan Mayonnaise, Organic Ketchup |

Step 1 |
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a bowl and mix well with clean hands. |
Step 2 |
Divide into 6 burgers (1/2 inch thick) |
Step 3 |
Heat grill pan and drizzle with olive oil over medium-high heat |
Step 4 |
Add burgers to pan; cook for 6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked |
Step 5 |
Place each burger on a toasted whole wheat bun along with slices of fresh tomato, kale and collard greens. |
Step 6 |
Add Vegan mayo, organic ketchup or mustard if desired. |
Step 7 |
