Venison With Ricotta and Peas

Ingredients

1 pound Venison Italian sausage
1 garlic clove

Preparation

Brown meat and cook noodles in SALTED water.

To the meat, add the garlic, Ricotta, and about 1 cup+ off frozen peas.

Get some of the starch water out of the noodles before draining them.

Put noodles into the pot and mix. Add starch water to thin it out and mix better.

Throw it in a bowl with some Parm and you are set!
