Sour Cream Cake
Cream butter and sugar, add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour and sour cream (to which soda has been added) alternately. Beat well. Add vanilla and almond extracts. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in tube pan which should be greased and lightly floured. Bake in 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Leave in cake pan for about twenty minutes after removing from oven. Wrap in Saran wrap or waxed paper when cool.
