Spicy Cherry Pepper (Pimento) Seafood Stir Fry

Ingredients
8 ounces
shrimp,
de-tailed

oz
scallops
4 cloves
garlic,
Minced

Cherry
Peppers,
Minced
for cooking and flavoring:
Gluten
Free
Soy Sauce,
Olive Oil
White Rice
(serving size as desired)
Preparation

Minced
and cook garlic and the Cherry Peppers in a small bit of olive oil until
tender
2
Add Shrimp and
Scallops
3
Add soy sauce and sesame oil until the consistency,
color,
taste
and smell are to your liking.

Stir
and cover to cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until
scallops
and shrimp are cooked to liking.
5
Spoon
over white rice and
season
to
taste
