Step 1 |
Place beef in shallow pan. Spread onions over top. Blend in oil, wine, lemon juice, salt, oregano, parsley, pepper and garlic powder. Pour over beef and refrigerate about 6 hours. |
Step 2 |
Broil meat, basting with marinade. Thinly slice meat on a diagonal and keep warm. Arrange meat on a large platter along with dishes of tomatoes, onion, and yogurt. Season with parsley and oregano. Serves 8. |
