pound Ground beef

1

pound Bulk Hot sausage

1

Onion -- chopped

1

small Garlic clove -- chopped

tablespoons Butter

20

ounces Chopped tomatoes -- can of

12

ounces Tomato paste

¼

cup Chili powder

2

dsh Tabasco sauce

1

tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1

tablespoon White vinegar

½

teaspoon Crushed red pepper

½

teaspoon Cayenne pepper

1

teaspoon Bay leaves -- crushed

ounces Beer

Step 1

Saute the onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add the ground beef and sausage and cook over medium heat until browned. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, sauces, vinegar, peppers and bay leaves. Stir in the beer and simmer for 2 hours.
