Step 1 |
Saute the onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add the ground beef and sausage and cook over medium heat until browned. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, sauces, vinegar, peppers and bay leaves. Stir in the beer and simmer for 2 hours. |
