Lucky Marinated Grilled Sweet Red Onion

Ingredients

1 When your Lucky enough to find, large sweet red onion- or more...
and
Mirin- Sweet Sake for Cooking

Preparation

You guessed it.. This is easy.

Cut onion in half inch rings.

Place in flat bottom glass container or ceramic bowl

Grab and add enough to cover the sliced onions:

Cheap Balsamic Vinegar

White Balsamic Vinegar

Rice Vinegar

And the Mirin - Sweet Sake for Cooking -- I do it by smell. This changes the mix. Give it a whiff.

Marinate for 2 or so hours , drain , and grill.

Grill on high heat but -- Stop - before it looses the Crunch. EAT HOT.
