About

For garnishing: Fresh thyme sprig.

Daiquiris, which became all the rage in the 1940s, were a favorite of the famed writer Ernest Hemingway. A jot of green Chartreuse with its extracts of 130 plants adds a sophisticated and unusual flavor. I think Papa would have approved.- Kathy Casey © 2009 by Kathy Casey, Recipe from Sips & Apps, Chronicle Books
