Ingredients

pinch of salt |

cups granulated sugar |

teaspoons distilled white vinegar |
1 |
teaspoon vanilla extract |
Preparation
Step 1 |
Combine egg whites with salt and beat until firm, shiny peaks form. |
Step 2 |
Gradually add 1-1/4 cups of the sugar and continue to beat until stiff and glossy. |
Step 3 |
Fold in the vinegar, vanilla and 1/2 cup of the remaining sugar. |
Step 4 |
Mist some water on parchment paper that is on a baking pan, and spoon the |
Step 5 |
Meringue mixture in the desired shape. |
Step 6 |
Bake until the outside is crisp and just set in the center, about 1-1/2 hours. |
Step 7 |
Set aside until cool. |
Step 8 |
Scoop goat cheese gelato in the center, and spoon strawberries marinated in balsamic vinegar and sugar, over top. |
Step 9 |
Serve and enjoy!! |
