Yummy Tofu Veggie Burger

Ingredients

Simple and easy tofu recipe that you will love, it's also also great to grill them!
Ingredients:
1 pound firm tofu
1/2 cup fresh celery leaves (chopped) (or kintsay)
1/2 teaspoon chopped carrots
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon soysauce
1 tablespoon chopped onion

Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium with olive oil, or your favorite cooking oil.

Add a pinch of asefetida (hing) or chopped onion to the oil for extra flavor.

Chopped or mashed tofu.

Throw in everything else and mix well by hand, or on low in the food processor just until it all clumps up.

Form into eight 3 - 4 inch patties

Fry in small amount of oil, on medium heat, 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Serve with bread or with rice.Enjoy!!
