Yield: 8 servings

edit Ingredients

3

pounds fillet of white fish, your chioce

4

green peppers

4

red peppers

4

tablespoons lemon juice

4

tablespoons oil

salt

cayenne pepper

edit Preparation

Step 1

Cut the fish fillet into 1" cubes.

Step 2

Cut peppers into 1" squares.

Step 3

In a large bowl, mix oil and lemon juice.

Step 4

Toss fish cubes in the mixture.

Step 5

Arrage fish cubes and pepper squares on skewers.

Step 6

Season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Step 7

Cook on grill for for approximately 5 minutes.
