Apple Crisp - Low Calorie

Ingredients

Preheat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
For the filling:
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup of Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
For the topping:
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
3 tablespoons of margarine, melted
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Filling:

Combine all ingredients; coat apple slices evenly. Place in an 8-inch square baking pan.

Stir all ingredients until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the apples.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender and the topping is golden and crisp.
