Apricot Relish
Ingredients
1 kg apricots
2 cups onion, diced
2 teaspoons salt
5 cloves
teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 cups vinegar, white
cup golden syrup
cup sugar (caster)
2 teaspoons tumeric
teaspoon curry powder
2 teaspoons flour, plain

Washed apricots and remove stones.
