edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Method:GRIND ginger, garlic and green chillies finely and mix with the ribs. Add saffron powder. Heat oil and fry the meat first. Then lower flame and cook for 20 minutes. |
Step 2 |
Take meat out. Heat kuali, add in spices, onions, curry leaves and ground cashewnuts. Add the ground coriander seeds and jintan putih. Boil for two minutes. |
Step 3 |
Add mutton and stir. Then add water and cook for 10 minutes and add sliced red chillies, potatoes (and brinjals, if preferred) and tomatoes. Add in santan and ground pepper, salt, lime juice and sugar to taste. Bring all to a boil. |
