grams Mouli, finely diced |

tablespoon Light soy sauce |

tablespoons Fish sauce |

teaspoon Sugar |

Step 1 |
In a wok or frying pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic until golden brown. |
Step 2 |
Add the chillies and stir, then add the prawns and stir well. |
Step 3 |
Add the remaining ingredients in turn, stirring constantly. When the sugar has been stirred in, turn on to a dish and serve. |
