Cheesy Stuffed Eggs

This recipe was entered in The Foodista Best of Food Blogs Cookbook contest, a compilation of the world’s best food blogs which was published in Fall 2010.

Ingredients

1/4 cup pasteurized cheddar cheese spread (like EZ Cheese)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Preparation

Slice eggs lengthwise in half (longways).

Remove yolks and set white halves on a plate.

Mix yolks with remaining ingredients.

Spoon or pipe (fill a pastry bag with mix and squeeze out) filling into egg halves.

Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

This variation of deviled eggs is unbelievably delicious! This recipe makes 12 stuffed eggs.
