Follow directions on box for cupcakes, cool cupcakes and cut a hole in the middle of cupcakes. Take out and trim to a flat top. Fill with cooled lemon pie filling. Put cake top on cupcake, sift confectioners' sugar over cupcake until white. Lemon pie filling prepare and cool.
